REFUND POLICY
Returns
1. All returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase date. If 14 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original packaging and price tags attached and proof of purchase. All footwear returns must be sent back in a shipping box, Footwear returned with the original shoe box as the shipping box will be denied.
We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
3. All refunds must be processed through the "RETURN REQUEST" link located at the bottom our our home page or click here to start your return request now. Any packages sent back not using this method will not be accepted.
A 15% restocking fee may be subject to apply.
The following items are Final Sale and may not be returned:
Launch Products:
All products with a Launch date, such as quickstrikes and limited releases/products are final sale. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on such products.
Quickstrike releases
Gift cards
Under garments
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE TO ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email that we have received your returned item. After inspection you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs.
Please be advised that any shipping / return shipping charges will not be refunded.
5. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process. If you haven’t received a refund within the 7-10 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
7. Shipping
To return your product, click on the "Return Request" link found on the bottom of our home page under the return policy and follow the directions as needed.

8. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
